Delivery of orders is confirmed by the shipping carrier. If you believe your order was not delivered, please contact Cirkul at help@drinkcirkul.com within 5 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier so our team can review the issue.

Taxes, duties, import fees, or other charges may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout when applicable or collected by the carrier where required.
